Licensed Massage TherapistSince 2017, I have been providing therapeutic bodywork with empathy and creativity.
I believe in a holistic approach to wellness, drawing from a diverse collection of techniques to provide a personalized experience. My goal for every session is to bring relief and awareness to the body. I enjoy working with those who prioritize self-care and consider bodywork an effective preventative measure for pain and stress.
Hailing from the Midwest, I moved to the desert to attend the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics. There, I began to love and appreciate healing modalities. In 2015, my husband and I moved to Missoula, where we enjoy long hikes with our two doggos.

Licensed Massage TherapistLike many others, my journey to becoming a Massage Therapist started with the pain in my own body. Throughout my early twenties, I lived to ski. Skiing brought me joy and confidence, a connection to myself and my body that I otherwise lacked. When not in ski boots, I was in the Colorado alpine, backpacking, hiking, summiting peaks, and pursuing the outdoors with a head over heels adoration.
In 2018, I moved to Alaska, dreaming of continuing to stoke my enthusiasm and love for big mountains in a place known for dramatic skylines and deep snow. It wasn’t long after arriving that I began to feel the effects of years of pushing the limits of my body with little to no recovery. I was in pain, and it was holding me back from pursuing the things that brought me joy.
So, I turned to bodywork and embodiment. With regular bodywork and talented practitioners, I began to feel my body restore. I was able to jump back into movement and the mountains with newfound freedom and confidence. This sparked a passion that ignited my pursuit of massage as a career.
Discomfort and pain in our bodies can stem from a variety of causes. I believe that bodywork is only a facilitator, a tool to be incorporated with other techniques to address the whole. Bodywork is not the answer, but a part of the solution.
My practice continues to evolve while I pursue my schooling to become a Board Certified Structural Integrator with the Inner Dynamics Academy of Structural Integration in Portland, Oregon. I am excited to be incorporating Structural Integration into my practice beginning in 2027.

Personal TrainerStretching & Mobility Specialist
Movement has always been a central part of my life. After an injury in 2022, I developed a deeper appreciation for recovery, mobility, and truly listening to the body. I’m a certified personal trainer with experience in assisted stretching, and I’m passionate about helping people feel comfortable, strong, and confident in their own skin.
My one-on-one assisted stretch sessions are fully personalized and designed to release tension, improve mobility, and help you feel more at ease in your body. You can relax while your body moves safely through deeper stretches you may not reach on your own—supporting recovery, stress relief, and a lighter, more open feeling.
In addition to assisted stretching, I teach group fitness classes at the Lifelong Learning Center and am the founder of Mood Club, where I offer personal training and cycle-synced programming focused on sustainable strength and balance. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dog, reading a good book, and enjoying really good food.
