60 minutes is the perfect time for a deep dive into a specific area of concern. Best for focused work in an area of the body.

75 minutes allows us to dive into specific, deeper work while also addressing more than one area of the body.
Ideal for specific and full body work.

90 minutes allows us to work through the whole body and dive deeper into multiple areas. In this lengthier session, the full range of therapeutic techniques can be used, letting you sink in and fully melt.
