75 minutes allows us to dive into specific, deeper work while also addressing more than one area of the body.
Ideal for specific and full body work.

90 minutes allows us to work through the whole body and dive deeper into multiple areas. In this lengthier session, the full range of therapeutic techniques can be used, letting you sink in and fully melt.

2 hours gives the time for a full body melt. A sweet blend of relaxation, recovery, and deep fascial release.

HOT STONES
Hot stones are a wonderful addition to your massage. The heat from the stones will melt your tissue, enabling deeper release and more therapeutic benefits.
CUPPING
A new take on a time honored treatment, cupping therapy utilizes medical grade silicone cups to create powerful negative pressure. This pressure rapidly facilitates brain body connections so that rigid soft tissue loosens, lifts, and releases, all while increasing circulation and lymph flow to connective tissue and muscles in ways that are not possible with compressive techniques. The pulling action engages the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing a deep relaxation throughout the body. Cups are beneficial for areas of pain and other stubborn conditions.

ORTHOPEDIC CUPPING
Orthopedic Cupping is a technique specific for injuries. When the body is experiencing a movement dysfunction (injury), we have pain, when there is pain, the body will default to protecting the area in pain which leads to more dysfunctions in our movement and overall wellbeing. This cupping technique helps to reduce adhesions in surround tissue, helping to improve range of motion, flexibility, and reduce pain.
